Laguna Beach
exterior cleaning.
Laguna Beach rises fast from the shoreline into the hills. That means steep driveways, homes stacked for the view, and glass that faces straight into salt air. We plan every job around the access.

Exterior cleaning in Laguna Beach
Hillside homes built for the view
Laguna Beach climbs from the sand into the San Joaquin Hills, with Top of the World near the city's highest point and canyons like Bluebird and Laguna cutting inland. Downtown and South Laguna still have early 1900s Craftsman bungalows, while hillside neighborhoods like Arch Beach Heights often use reverse floor plans to put the main living space up top, facing the ocean.
Two things define the work here. The first is glass: big ocean-facing windows, decks and railings that take salt spray every day and show every spot. The second is access. Streets are narrow and steep, parking is tight, and side yards drop away. We use water-fed poles from the ground where we can, carry equipment in by hand, and keep the van out of the way.
The older Craftsman homes need a light touch. Wood siding and trim don't belong under high pressure, so we soft wash and hand detail them. Up the hill, brush and canyon dust settle on roofs, gutters and solar panels, especially after Santa Ana winds. In gated communities like Three Arch Bay, we schedule around the gate and any association work rules.
“Kyle and his team were friendly, polite, and detailed. They got my windows and screens sparkling inside and out!”
What we see in Laguna Beach
- 01
Salt on view glass
Ocean-facing windows and glass railings haze over in weeks. We clean the glass, frames and tracks and suggest a schedule based on how directly your home faces the water.
- 02
Steep, tight access
Steep driveways, stairs and narrow streets are normal here. We plan the setup from your photos before the day, so the crew isn't working out access on your doorstep.
- 03
Canyon dust and debris
Homes along the canyons and up on the ridges collect dust, leaves and brush debris in gutters and on solar, more so after dry wind. We clear and flush gutters by hand.

Top to bottom.
Windows last, on purpose.
Dirt runs downhill. Wash the roof after the windows and you'll be looking through streaks by dinner. So we work in one order, every time.

Can you reach homes on steep Laguna streets?
In most cases, yes. We carry equipment by hand, run hoses from wherever we can park, and use water-fed poles to clean upper windows from the ground. Send photos of the driveway and street when you ask for a quote so we can plan it.
Do you work in Emerald Bay?
Yes. Emerald Bay is unincorporated county land just north of the city rather than part of Laguna Beach, but we serve it the same way. Since it's gated, we'll coordinate entry and any association rules with you ahead of time.
Is it safe to soft wash an older Craftsman home?
Yes, when it's done properly. Soft washing uses low pressure and a solution matched to the surface, which is gentler on wood siding and old paint than a pressure washer. We test a small area first and point out any flaking paint before we start.
