Exterior cleaning in Long Beach
Canals, historic districts and east side streets
Naples was built starting in 1905 on three islands in Alamitos Bay, with canals running between them and docks along the water. Next door, Belmont Shore runs along Second Street to the beach, and the Peninsula is a thin strip between the bay and the ocean. Homes here sit on small lots, face water on at least one side, and deal with salt and moisture every day of the year.
Bluff Park and Belmont Heights are city historic districts, with older homes, wood trim and painted surfaces that don't tolerate high pressure. We soft wash them at low pressure, hand detail trim and eaves, and keep water away from old window glazing. Further inland, Park Estates, Los Altos and Alamitos Heights are mostly single-family streets with mature trees, so gutters, roofs and shaded walls become the main job.
Wherever you are in Long Beach, we work in the same order: roof, walls, concrete, gutters, solar, then windows last. On canal and bayfront homes we plan around docks, narrow walkways and close neighbors. We pre-wet plants and use diluted, biodegradable cleaning solutions with a thorough rinse. Most jobs can be quoted from a few photos or a quick walk-through.
“Kyle and his team were friendly, polite, and detailed. They got my windows and screens sparkling inside and out!”
What we see in Long Beach
- 01
Canal-side access in Naples
Many Naples homes front a walkway or canal with no driveway on the water side. We carry equipment in, plan around docks and boats, and keep overspray off the neighbor's glass.
- 02
Older surfaces in historic districts
Bluff Park and Belmont Heights homes often have wood trim and aged paint. High pressure strips it. Soft washing and hand detailing clean without that damage.
- 03
Leaf-filled gutters on the east side
Mature street trees in Los Altos and Park Estates drop leaves into gutters and onto roofs. We hand scoop, blow and flush every run, and confirm the downspouts flow.

Which parts of Long Beach do you cover?
We focus on the east side, closest to our Los Alamitos base: Naples, Belmont Shore, Belmont Heights, Bluff Park, the Peninsula, Alamitos Heights, Park Estates and Los Altos. If you're elsewhere in Long Beach, call or text and ask.
Can you clean a historic home without damaging it?
Yes, that's what soft washing is for. We use low pressure and a solution matched to the surface, hand detail the trim, and test a small area first if the paint is old. If anything is already loose or flaking, we'll point it out before we start.
Do you clean homes on the Naples canals?
Yes. Canal homes usually mean hand-carried equipment, tight walkways and glass that takes salt and moisture off the water. Send photos of the canal side and the street side, and we'll plan access before the day.
